Heath Wills Home Designs is a small design team located
in Murphy, NC. We specialize in designing homes adapted to
our local codes & terrain here in the mountains, however our
designs can and have been used throughout the country.

  Our ability to create three dimensional renderings of your
home throughout the design process sets us apart from our
competitors and allows you to have a clear visual of what your
home is going to look like. A picture is truely worth a
thousands words.
  
  All work is done on a bid basis. This way there is no
surprises and you know exactly what your plans are going to
cost you. No hidden fees. No time frames.  

          A set of house plans from us will:
1) Show your builder exactly what you want,
2) Make sure your home has no design flaws,
3) Ensure your home has efficient use of space,
4) Save time & money during construction,
5) Allow builders to give accurate bids & estimates,
6) Provide a copy for lenders, inspectors, etc.
7) And much more...

  Whether it be a custom design, or if you want to pick out a
stock plan, all sets of plans will at least include the following
in our base price.
1) Front, Rear, Left, & Right Elevations. (exterior scaled
drawing of home)
2) Foundation plan (slab, crawlspace, basement, etc.)
3) Mainfloor plan
4) 2nd or 3rd plan (if applicable)
5) Bird's Eye Roof Plan

      Some plans may include cross sections or more details.

  All plans are drawn to 1/4" scale and include all dimensions,
roof pitches, wall heights, bearing points, window & door
schedule (if desired), cabinet sizes, exterior treatments (roof,
siding, etc.), and as much other detail as we can.

  Site plans are also available for a additional fee.

  Plans do not include electrical, plumbing, hvac, or framing
plans. They do include fans, sinks, dishwashers, refrigerator,
washer & dryer, toilets, showers, etc., so that no
sub-contractor should have any problem installing everything
to their local code.

  Please note that all plans indicate locations only. Heath Wills Home Designs
assumes no liability for a home constructed from any of our plans. All plans are
created for the construction of one building and are not to be copied in any way
without written permission of Heath A. Wills. Heath Wills Home Designs is not a
licensed architect or engineer service, we are a home design specialist. We cannot
provide a  architectural or engineer stamp.
